We specialize in creative lighting centered around Permanent Lighting & Temporary Christmas lighting displays.
How long have you been in business?
We have been operational since 2013. The Light Hangers inception was 2023. We started out as seasonal Christmas lighting only we have expanded our business to add Permanent lighting as part of our services.
Can The Light Hangers handle large-scale lighting projects?
Absolutely! We are a co-ownership business with resources such as qualified team members, trucks & trailers, ladders of varying sizes, a 60 foot lift and experience to assist on any large scale display.
What is The Light Hangers privacy policy?
The Light Hangers collects basic contact information (such as name, phone number, email, and address) when you submit a form or request a quote. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and communicate about your project. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Our website and advertising platforms may use cookies or tracking tools to help improve website performance and advertising effectiveness.
How long do the lights last?
Permanent lighting - Minleon rates the lights for a 50,000hrs equating to roughly 17 years with average run time of 8hrs daily.
Christmas lighting - We have been operational for going on 14 seasons. Some of our customers still have the same bulbs from year one! On average, bulbs will fail and weathering will occur but we have found out that a lighting display can last up to 10+years.
Can I control the Permanent lights from my phone?
Yes! Included, free of charge is Pixel Dancer – the user intuitive app. We setup of the system to your home or business WiFi and hand access over to you for onsite or remote access, 24/7/365 from your fingertips.
Are the Permanent lights visible during the day?
Minleon’s product line features a sleek and elegant track less than 1inch in height. When mounting for downlight against facia, the track and lights become virtually invisible.
What is the warranty and maintenance like?
Permanent lighting - We offer a comprehensive multi year warranty backed by Minleon’s product warranty. Shall anything ever fail, the lights snap into the track making replacement a breeze. No need to worry about taking the system apart!
Christmas lighting - We maintain and service on an unlimited basis for anything that falls under our installed products. From a bad bulb, a failed light string or wind blows lights lose - we are there from beginning to end during the holiday season.
Do you offer consultations for custom Christmas lighting designs?
Yes, we offer personalized consultations to assess your needs and create custom lighting solutions that enhance your home's ambiance. Ranging from roofline, tree wrapping, greenery and much more.
Do you store the Christmas lights?
Yes! As part of our fully inclusive Christmas light service package we offer year around storage. While it is not required, we encourage it to streamline our processes and installation the following year.
Do you offer programmable Christmas lights?
We do! The same system that powers our permanent lighting - Minleon - has the same features for C9 Christmas lights. App Controlled user access for endless holiday effects. At the end of the season they come down during removals.
How much do the lights cost?
Permanent lighting - On average, our installs fall between $2500-$8000. Factors at play to determine estimate are linear feet (how many lights) and rate per foot (how extensive is the install) determine overall. Generally, $20-$40 per foot.
Christmas lighting - Our general installation rate begins at $5 per linear foot. This is determined on a case by case basis for difficulty and other addons such as greenery or tree wrapping.
